Thomas co-founded PATMICO Motor Control Specialists with his wife Melissa in 2019, bringing over 35 years of experience in electric motors, motor controls, variable frequency drives, and Power Distribution Center integration. His extensive background includes 14 years in direct sales for manufacturers and 25 years as a manufacturer’s representative, focusing on customer service management and providing innovative engineering solutions. Thomas holds a degree in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University.
MANAGER OF CUSTOMER SERVICES
Lisa joined PATMICO Motor Control Specialists in January 2022 and brings 30 years of experience in customer service management as a manufacturer’s representative. Customers rely on her expertise and determination as she navigates service needs with our manufacturers, providing engineering solutions that enhance their operations. Lisa's deep understanding of the customer–manufacturer relationship makes her an invaluable part of our team of motor control specialists.
SALES REPRESENTATIVE
David is a proud member of the Fightin’ Texas Aggie Class of ’79 holding a B.S. in Industrial Technology. His career includes roles in customer service management, Sales Account Management, executive leadership, and ownership of an original equipment manufacturing company. Since joining PATMICO Motor Control Specialists in April 2022, David has drawn on his broad industry experience to build strong, effective relationships between end users and our principal manufacturers while providing innovative engineering solutions.
SOLUTIONS ENGINEERING MANAGER
Bradley joined PATMICO Motor Control Specialists in November 2025, bringing six years of hands-on experience from his role as a Mechanical Engineer with Schlumberger. His engineering solutions and technical expertise enhance customer service management, especially in overseeing customer orders that include variable frequency drives, power quality equipment solutions, and integrated power distribution centers. His software and digital skills have been a welcome addition for modernizing our operations processes. Bradley holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
